Since 1991, The Foundation has awarded more than $700,000 in grants that have impacted every academic discipline and grade level in our district.  In addition to providing books, microscopes, iPads, laptops, a language lab, a mobile science lab and so much more in our classrooms, Foundation grants have also supported extracurricular activities, artists in residence, career education programs and professional development.

Each spring, The Oakwood Schools Foundation awards more than $18,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors to recognize achievements in everything from overcoming adversity to creative writing to art to athletics and more.

Special gifts to The Foundation helped establish Lange School, offering all-day kindergarten to Oakwood children; and created the Worth Engineering Lab at Oakwood High School, which supports an ever-growing range of academic and extracurricular activities for aspiring engineers.
