Who are we?
The Oakwood Schools Foundation supports and enhances the education of Oakwood students through scholarships, grants, program, and capital enhancements.
The Oakwood Schools Foundation was founded in 1981. To date, more than $1,000,000 has been granted from the Foundation to support students in the Oakwood Schools.
The Oakwood Schools Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and is a component fund of The Dayton Foundation.
Our Mission
To honor and celebrate the multigenerational legacy and impact of the Oakwood community’s commitment to excellence in education, the Oakwood Schools Foundation facilitates private, philanthropic support for the Oakwood Schools toward grants, scholarships and special projects to enhance the educational experience for Oakwood students and teachers.
