To celebrate student growth and engagement in the arts, the Oakwood Arts Gala is holding an arts contest that will allow students to showcase their excitement and engagement in the arts. Selected art will be displayed at the Gala reception, with three performances (live or video) during the program

Auditorium Enhancement Goals

The gala directly supports the $800,000 auditorium enhancement project, which includes:

  • New theatrical rigging for scenery changes and lighting
  • Increased electrical capacity
  • New soundboard, wireless microphones and updated speakers
  • New LED lighting for improved color, clarity and operation
  • Window treatments to block outside light
